PARTY POLICIES

HOUSE RULES
  • NO SHOES OR SOCKS (JUMP N JAM GRIP SOCKS ONLY)
  • NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS ALLOWED EXCEPT CAKE AND TREATS
  • NO GUM, CANDY OR POPCORN IN PLAY AREA
  • NO CLIMBING ON NETTING OR WALLS
  • NO WRESTLING, PUSHING OR ROUGH PLAY
  • ALL CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED BY AN ADULT
  • WAIVERS MUST BE SIGNED BEFORE ENTERING
  • No loitering: Guests may not stand or gather before or after the event outside the building.
  • No smoking or vaping on the premises (inside or outside). No alcohol permitted anywhere on the property.
  • Damages: Any damage to Jump & Jam property caused by you or your guests will be your responsibility and may result in additional charges.
PAYMENT & PARTY POLICIES
  • 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO BOOK
  • REMAINING BALANCE DUE 7 DAYs before THE PARTY
  • FINAL GUEST COUNT REQUIRED 48 HOURS PRIOR
  • NO CONFETTI, GLITTER OR SILLY STRING ALLOWED
  • YOU MAY ARRIVE 15 MINUTES EARLY FOR SETUP
  • ALL PARTIES MUST END ON SCHEDULED TIME. If you arrive late party time must still end on scheduled time. 
SOCKS REQUIRED
  • Socks required for all jumpers. Safety first! All jumpers must wear Jump N Jam grip socks to keep our celebration zone safe and clean.
DECORATIONS
  • Outside decorations allowed with no confetti or glitter. You can bring in outside decorations and set up 30 minutes before your event time if you choose to.
OUTSIDE FOOD & CAKE
  • Outside cake allowed but all other food must follow venue rules. Deluxe and Ultimate packages include pizza; otherwise, no outside food besides cake and treat table items is permitted.
ARRIVAL TIME
  • Arrival no more than 15 minutes before party time. Please respect the scheduling of our events to ensure a smooth transition for all our guests.
FINAL GUEST COUNT
  • Final guest count due 48 hours before the event. This helps us prepare your space and ensure everyone has the ultimate Jam experience.
