What age groups can book parties?
Our parties and play areas are specially designed for children ages 1-12.
How long are the party time slots?
Standard party slots are typically 2 hours long, though our Ultimate package offers 3 hours for maximum jamming! This includes time for play, food, and cake.
Can we bring our own cake and decorations?
Absolutely! You are welcome to bring your own birthday cake and custom decorations to make the room your own. We handle the cleanup afterward!
How early should we arrive before our party?
We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled time slot. This gives you plenty of time to check-in and get ready before the fun begins.
What is your cancellation or reschedule policy?
All parties require a non-refundable deposit. If you need to reschedule, please contact our Jam Hotline as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your new date if available and if given at least a two week notice !
